Cancellation Policy
I understand that certain circumstances are unavoidable and it may be necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I ask that you give me as much notice as possible to change or cancel your scheduled appointment.

Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a $50 charge per missed service. This charge will need to be paid prior to re-booking.

If you need to cancel the day of your appointment, or do not show up to your appointment, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your missed service will need to be paid prior to booking another service. If you miss multiple appointments, a deposit may be required for all future appointments.

If you are running late for your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate you. Appointments running 15 minutes or more behind schedule may not be able to receive all services scheduled, may need to be reschedule and/or subject to a cancellation fee.
Redo + Return Policy
I strive to offer the highest level of satisfaction to all of my guests! If you are having any challenges with your cut or color please let me know within 5 days of your appointment. I would be happy to make adjustments at no additional cost to you. However, adjustments do not include changes to the cut and color originally discussed during your consultation.

Retail purchases are made through Fresh Salon + Spa and are subject to Fresh's return policy.
Children
The salon can be a dangerous and boring place for young children. It is not recommended to bring children to the salon unless they have their own appointment. The salon is far from childproof and there are many chemicals, sharp objects, hot tools, etc within reach of little hands. I want all my clients to be relaxed and distraction free during their appointment. Please help us maintain this environment and ensure an amazing experience by keeping the salon child-free.
